I, Charles Woolls, of Cirencester in the County of Gloucestershire, confectioner, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I give unto my son Edwin Woolls the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds. I give unto Mary Ann Barron, wife of John Barron, the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds. I give, devise and bequeath to my son William Woolls all and singular my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever situate to hold the same real and personal estate and effects subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses and the legacies aforesaid unto and to the use of my said Willam Woolls, his heirs, executors, administrators and assignes for ever.
